Careful handling and storage.

If the sheet is cut, the cut edges should be sealed with water proof paint.

After every repetition surface of the sheets shall be cleaned with wide blunt blade or steel brush.

Oil based shuttering oil shall be used on the surface after cleaning the sheet after every repetition.

Always use the drill machine to nail the frame work.

Always keep the material over batten or keeping hard piece material below the object.

Sharp pointed screw should be used minimum 25mm inside the edge.

Handling and lifting must be done with care.

Store the material in clean and dry place under cover. When not in use, cover with tarpaulin.

Keep the material away from dampness and water contact.

Always keep the material in wooden platform and in horizontal position.

Ph of water & Ph of shuttering oil shall be neutral neither acidic nor alkaline in nature.
